Workshop Description

Step into the warm, resonant world of the Handpan in this relaxed and inspiring afternoon workshop held within a lush, tranquil rainforest retreat in the Byron Bay Hinterland.

Whether you've never touched a Handpan before or you've had a little experience, this session is designed to help you feel comfortable, musical and connected with the instrument from the very beginning.

Each participant will have their own Handpan for the entire workshop as we explore tone, rhythm, flow and intuitive playing in a supportive group environment.

We'll move gently from simple techniques into real music-making, group grooves and creative exploration throughout this 4-hour workhsop. You will leave not just knowing how to play, but actually playing.

Before the evening begins, a light, nourishing meal will be shared from 5:00pm to 6:00pm, creating time to relax, connect, and enjoy food together after the workshop before easing into the sound immersion.
